Upon instruction, we will co-ordinate the whole process with no hassle for the landlord or disruption for the tenants.

We will contact your current agent and obtain the tenancy agreement, inventory, deposit registration details, management keys, EPC, Gas Safety certificate, tenant contact information and any other documentation relevant to your property.   We can then arrange to meet the tenants to introduce ourselves and carry out an up to date property check and report back to you.
