Full Property Management

Includes all the services of the let only service plus:

• Hold security deposit in client account 
• Landlords monthly financial statements
• Monthly rental collection
• Rental reminders and late payment chasing when necessary
• Advise utility suppliers of new tenants and take meter readings
• Key hold
• Regular property inspections
• Out of hours service for tenants
• Repair maintenance up to a pre-determined amount
• Checking tenant out of property and meter readings
• Returning deposit upon evidence of utilities paid

Inventories

• Detailed inventory and photographic schedule of condition
• Confirming and signing of inventory with tenant at beginning of tenancy
• Checking inventory at end of tenancy
• Returning deposit as required
