We let and manage furnished and unfurnished properties throughout West Lothian and surrounding areas Please check our current property list or call to register your requirements and we will contact you as soon as something suitable becomes available.
Viewings can be arranged at a time to suit. We offer evening viewings on Tuesday and Thursdays up to 7.30 and also on Saturday mornings.
For safety and peace of mind:
- all of our managed properties are Gas Safe Registered and meet furniture fire safety standards
- deposits are held in a designated client account in accordance with ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) Code of Practice
Viewings
Viewings will be arranged at times to suit you and you will be accompanied by a member of staff, who can give advice and answer any questions.
ReferencesWe require references for all prospective tenants. These will normally be bankers', employers' and previous landlord references. In addition a credit check will be undertaken.
RentsRents quoted are per calendar month and payable in advance. The tenant is also responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs. All rents are payable by bank standing order.
Deposit
A deposit of one month's rent + £100 is required in advance. This is held to cover damage, breakages, and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement and cannot be used to cover rent. If we are managing the property it will be held in a secure client account throughout the tenancy. If the landlord manages their own property they will hold your deposit.
